All plans are billed monthly. There are no setup fees or long-term contracts. You can cancel at any time. Each plan includes a monthly AI question allowance (200 for Starter, 2,000 for Standard). If your team exceeds the included questions, additional questions are billed at $0.15 each — you'll be prompted in the app before any overage charges apply.
An AI question is any message you send to the Rootara Quality Advisor that requires analysis or a response. PDF report generation does not count toward your question allowance — you can generate as many reports as you like. Question counts reset on the first of each month.
Yes. Rootara supports CSV and Excel uploads with flexible column mapping. Our onboarding team will help you get your data structured correctly.

We try to keep integrations as easy as possible. While we can architect an API for automated data sending, we recognize that this is often not cost-effective and can require significant IT effort depending on the systems involved. For data population, we support manual CSV uploads, emailing CSVs to a custom Rootara email address dedicated to your organization (which automatically imports your data), or SFTP if that's easier for your setup.
